Online Services Limited During Transfer to New Customer Advantage Portal
The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) is preparing to launch a new Customer Advantage Portal. The new portal will offer customers expanded functionality to manage their account, pay their bill, track water usage, and update contact information all under one username and password.

On Wednesday, August 3rd, in preparation of the launch, PWSA customers will no longer be able to create a new account using the existing ebilling system. Beginning at 8:00pm on Friday, August 5th, customers will no longer be able to make payments using the current online payment portal, one-time bill pay, or pay by phone. You may make payments by mail or bring your bill to 7 Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Walmart Supercenters, or Walgreens to pay by cash.
 
The new Customer Advantage Portal is part of PWSA’s investment in new technology that will enhance customer service and expand self-service functionality for our customers. We appreciate your patience as we make the final transition to the new portal. We anticipate launching the Customer Advantage Portal on Monday, August 8th.
